You don’t need to do much to prepare for a facial, but it’s best to avoid exfoliation, peels, waxing, or shaving a few days before. If you have false lashes or microbladed brows, be mindful they can be affected.
The most crucial step is being open with your Heyday Esthetician about your skin, routines, and goals so they can tailor the treatment to you. While a single facial brings visible results, booking regularly, ideally once a month, helps maintain clear and glowing skin.
Heyday also offers add-on treatments like LED Light Therapy, Gua Sha, Peels, Dermaplaning, and more, which can be chosen at your appointment, and members enjoy them at half price.
Facials are safe during pregnancy or nursing, though it’s best to follow your doctor’s guidance. If you have a cold sore, you’ll need to wait until it fully heals. Unlike traditional spas, Heyday offers a relaxed, modern vibe with no robes or pan flutes, just cozy spaces, great music, and personalized care.
The Essential Facial, their signature 50-minute service, includes cleansing, exfoliation, massage, extractions, masking, and finishing touches, with prices ranging from $140–$155 depending on location. Memberships make regular facials more affordable, and some studios also offer advanced laser facials.
How To Book Your Appointment At Heyday?
It’s easy and flexible to schedule a facial at Heyday. You can phone the studio you want to visit or make an appointment online via the Heyday website. The Heyday locations page makes it simple to locate a studio in your area, as they have locations all throughout the United States.
To secure your HeyDay reservation, your credit card is needed at the time of booking. Your card is stored on file to guard against last-minute cancellations and no-shows, but it won’t be charged until after your facial. Your card will only be charged for the remaining amount after any membership credits or gift cards have been applied.
Heyday makes it simple to cancel or reschedule. You can phone your studio or make changes online more than twenty-four hours in advance. There is a $25 cost for last-minute changes or missed appointments, and cancellations must be made directly over the phone within 24 hours.
Heyday has a referral scheme to make things even more lucrative. Your friends will receive $40 off their first facial if they share your customised link with them. After they finish their stay, you will receive $20 in credits, and an additional $20 if they become a member.
